Shipping Policy

At Theteapal, we strive to deliver your orders accurately, securely, and in a timely manner. All orders placed on theteapal.com are processed, packaged, and shipped directly from our fulfillment warehouses located within the United States.

1. Order Cut-Off Time, Processing & Transit Times

To help you calculate when your package will arrive, your total estimated delivery time is divided into Processing Time (Handling Time) and Transit Time.

Order Cut-Off Time: 3:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
Order Processing / Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
Transit Time: 2 – 5 Business Days (Monday – Saturday)
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3 – 7 Business Days

Note: Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, on weekends, or during U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

We offer transparent flat-rate shipping for all orders within the contiguous United States. Shipping costs and taxes are clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase—there are no hidden fees.

3. Shipping Coverage & Destinations

Contiguous United States: We ship to all residential and commercial addresses in the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: We offer standard shipping to P.O. Boxes and U.S. Military addresses via USPS.
International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not support international shipping at this time.

4. Shipping Carriers & Order Tracking

We partner with reliable U.S. domestic carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The shipping carrier is automatically selected based on your delivery address and order weight.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a direct tracking number and a link to trace your package in real time.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier’s system after receiving your shipping confirmation.

5. Order Cancellations & Address Modifications

Address Updates: If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot alter the delivery address.
Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled prior to dispatch. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy upon receiving the package.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged Items: If your tea or tea accessories arrive damaged, please take clear photographs of the damaged product and outer packaging, and contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Lost or Missing Packages: If your tracking status indicates “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please:
1. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
2. Check around your entryways, porch, garage, or with immediate neighbors/building management.
3. Wait 24 hours, as carriers occasionally mark items as delivered shortly before physical drop-off.
4. If the package is still missing, please contact our support team so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
